Default New Titanium Snares?

Has anyone heard of or played these Dynamic titanium and titanium-wood snare drums?

Curious...

They sound great. I am sure they will be on display at the Chicago Drum show May 15-16...

I wonder if these will be as expensive as the Dunnet Ti's or the Tama Warlord Titan. If not, I may have to check 'em out.. They look killer.

The co.'s Web site has prices listed. For the titanium snares, they are just under Dunnett's: they start at $899 for 4x14 snares and move up in price by size. The wood snares start at $699, I think, and the hybrid titanium/wood are the most expensive.

If you wanted a cheaper option, you could go to DrumFoundry.com and buy a 10-lug 6.5" X 14" (there were plenty of other sizes) Ti shell w/ hardware holes for $369... add tube lugs and die cast hoops and hardware (Trick throw-off) and heads and it would be under $700 ($689.88 for my config)... but they no longer seem to stock the shells. This looks like the new cheapest option...?

I learn something new every day! Thanks. What other companies make Ti snare besides Dynamic, Dunnett, Ludwig and DW (Dunnett basically - any others he's helped?), and Stanton Moore? I wish Jeff Ocheltree had a cheap one.
