Default CL score PJL USA maple snare 14x5

I got this bad boy for 120 bones today. I don't know anything about PJL drums. The dude I got if from said it was a Nashville custom "keller" shop from the early 90's that went out of business in 98 when he was a session drummer. He has since retired, moved, and said he needed to thin his snare collection since he has a ton of other maple snares. The inside of the shell is stamped PJL Maple 1995. I bought it mostly for the brass rims which I planned to swap on an other drum, but after playing this, man it's my new favorite. I usually like deep shelled snares 6.5-7-8-12. heh, but now I'm glad I gave the 5 inch depth a chance.

Does anyone know anything about PJL? Is it a keller shell? It looks to be 6 ply to me.
