Nice pictures of my DJ Drums

The weather was great today for outside photography, so I pulled out the DJ Drums in a 4 piece config.

Specifications:
Maple Reinforcement shells, White Wolf Sparkle finish
22x20, 14x13, 10x8, 14x7
14" New Beats
16" Turkish Rock Series Crash
20" Hand Hammered Medium Ride
Eliminator Single Pedal

I really like that kit, but even more in the 7 piece setup.
Do you play it normally in 4 piece?

I almost always play the 7 piece, but because I didn't feel like setting up completely this week I just set up the 4 piece.

isn't this that custom kit that Mike Portnoy played at a Neal Morse (?) gig??

Either way that thing looks wicked, although I wouldn't say no to a few outdoor pictures of the full thing. :)

As Bram pointed out it is the kit that some of the great played :-), and it's awsome in every set up. I played this weekend on a conference and the sound guy was amazed at the sound of the bassdrum and he thought the snare was just perfect.

Now all I need are the skills to play these babies to their full potential...
