Default Cymbal mufflers

Hi,
I have already muffled all my shells with pillows and rubber plates, and I drum inside a small cabin with isolation materials on the wall. The only problem is that my cymbals haven't been muffled. Usually, the isolation on the walls take care of that. But there are two cymbals that stand right in front of a window, so if I hit them, then they'll be pretty loud outside. During the winter, that wasn't that big a deal, but now that spring is coming and everybody is getting back outside more and more, I've had some complaints about them. So basically, I'm looking for some good cymbal mufflers that won't ruin the touch and the sound too much.

I've already checked out some products, but I don't know how they sound and play. Has anyone had any experience with one of these:

Can someone tell me if one of these products (or other, better ones) are worth my money?

Thanks,
Tom

Default Re: Cymbal mufflers

They look better than the old neoprene mutes people used to use, and they will surely help. Personally, I use these, they are absolutely quiet and very inexpensive:
