Default Selling sticks to shops?

I recently bought a pair of peter erskine ride sticks from a seller on ebay. Last week i recieved two pairs of peter erskine signature sticks ( the ones with the ball tip)
Now I have recently taken a shine to the ride stick, and have big things coming up and really want those exact sticks......I will order another pair and hopefully they will arive on time.

When i wrote to the seller he apologised sent money back into my paypal, and said that i can keep the sticks. I was angry when i recieved them, but now I'm not too peeved! :)

But i was wondering if you think a shop would buy these two pairs off me, highly unlikely yes?....not used and brand new in wrapping...
