Help with edrums

Hey guys, I just moved into an apartment which is on the 3rd floor. I have a dtxplorer edrum kit but I'm worried about the noise that the bass drum pedal will make since it's probably going to bother my neighboor downstairs. Any advice on how I can reduce this? Thanks

Here's a link for another site on making a tennis ball platform...I haven't tried it but supposedly it does work....

hmmmm interesting design on that, essentially it's an isolation platform.
