Very cool, organic looking set. I always liked those Ayotte lugs.

Can that round thing on the bass drum be removed? It's for a tom mount right?

Very nice. I bet they sound as good as they look. I think he's making drums again, it'd be cool to see what he's up to.

One question though... how do you reach your beer when it's in the cup holder out front like that?

Yes, I believe it can be removed, but it would leave holes in the kick where the screws go.
That was part of a tom holder, but apparently Ayotte dished the idea because it was putting stress on the kick, at least that's what the original owner told me. Why it was never removed is beyond me and the original owner had no clue. I'm going to leave it there as a hood ornament.

That is a wicked looking kit, I love the natural finish.

How deep is the hanging floor tom?

too bad about the "hood ornament" though, Specs pls?

Yes, the specs, of course....10x12, 15x16, 16x22, 6x14, the kit sounds superb.
