Default Sonor Forrce SSE Bass Drum

Hi,

I found an auction on ebay for a 20X18 Bass drum in the same finish as my kit (Blue Fade) but...

What's the differences between my Force 2007 (Birch) ans the Force SSE series. It have the same finish, same lugs, etc.

Is it Basswood? Birch? Maple?

I currently have a 22X17,5 bass and want a smaller one.

Thanks you

Hey max77

The SSE is a basswood shell. But its alright as you would be going for a different sound anyways. With some good heads it'll sound just fine, but not amazing.

God Bless,

dxtr

Thanks

I think I'll wait to find a 18X16 from Sonor... In birch or Maple. I played basswood shells in the past and it was fine but not perfect.
