I'm not sure what a Behringer V-ampire is, but the drum module has an 1/8" stereo output jack on the rear of the unit. This output is probably a high level source that should plug into a stereo or two mono channels of your mixer or amplifier. You'll need an 1/8" stereo mini plug that goes to the appropriate audio plugs that will mate with your mixer or amp. I don't know where you're located, but something like this can be bought at Radio Shack. If I were incorporating the E-kit into my mixer, I would use an 1/8"stereo plug ( for the module) to two 1/4" mono phone plugs (to mixer) to make the connection.
