Default what are good sticks for metal?

i have been using promark 5A drumstick... are these good sticks for playing metal??? what do you feel is a good stick for metal or just an all around good stick to use??

Anything that works for you is good.
There's people playing metal with 7A sticks and there's people for whom 2B sticks are too small. There's no stick specifically suited for a genre of music even though some model labels might suggest otherwise.

I guess it's what you feel most comfortable with. I use Pro-Mark 2B Nylon tips and have done for years.
Mapex Pro-M kit & 'Black Panther' Hammered Brass 14"x6.5" snare. Sabian cymbals. Pearl hardware.

My good friend ze metalz. I bought some pro-mark 747b oak sticks. They are pretty indestructible.
