Default Kyle Woodring RIP

I found out today that Kyle sadly took his own life a few weeks ago.

I didn't know Kyle, but my best friend is one of Jim Peterik's best friends, so knows the Survivor guys really well
(Jim played at my buddy's wedding) as well as Dennis DeYoung for whom Kyle played, so it will have been a
big shock to him.

Back in 2005 I did all the travel for George Michael when he did the Oprah show and Kyle also did that gig.

He was clearly a well respected drummer.

Sadly I also see that Kyle left a young son as well.

RIP Kyle.

Sad news indeed. One of the folks who grew up in my neck of the woods who "made it." There is a very touching tribute written by his brother on his website, www.kylewoodring.com .
