Default Tama CB90 Pedal Beater (rubber)

does anyone use this specific beater? I own Pearl Eliminator double pedals (chain drive, and im looking to trade in my Pearl B200QB 4 Sided Quad Beater for something a little less bulky and clunky and was wondering if anyone has had good/bad results with going to a small beater like the tama

current beater: I use the rounded rubber side

You may gain a little speed but you will loose alot of volume. At least I do anyways.
