Default My Pearl Ex Series Export

Hi! My name is Brock and I'm 12 years old (turning thirteen in 3 weeks).
Me and my dad recently purchased a 7 piece Pearl Export EX series (the last line before they were discontinued). All i can say is its phenomenal, Everything from the finish to quality. As I am new here I look forward to posting on this forum. So Without further adue, my pearl Export. Enjoy :)

My cymbals were the old ones of off my old set. I'm Soon upgrading, right now just hunting on eBay seeing what i can find, looking for good deals etc.

Nice kit you've got there mate. For some reason it seemed to look a lot smaller than it actually is, dunno why. Also if i had a dollar for every time i thought about how good i could be had i started out a little earlier on drums and that...

i take it you (and/or your dad) are into metal, being as you have two kicks

ya I'm into a lot of metal, grunge, Huge Metallica fan BTW. ill post some videos on here of my playing on here soon

Welcome! I use those same sticks, nice feel and they've been holding up alright to my playing. And toxicity is a great album

Vater just has a great feel i love them. I used to use Vic firth 5A's but when i tried vater they just didn't compare. Plus has anyone noticed that vater sticks last longer? I don't know if its just me but I've had the same pare for 2 months now and I'm playing thrash metal with plenty of rim shots. And yes toxicity is fantastic.

Yes Bram, the pearl ex series export was discontinued in 2008. Good thing i got mine used ;)
