Default My new Mapex Saturns

Hello all,

Here are some pictures of my new Mapex Saturn kit. I've always wanted a 1-up 2-down setup. =]
Just using 4 cymbals for now; I'll set up the rest of them sometime in the near future...

Specs:

Mapex Saturn Series - Regal Blue Sparkle
24x20 Bass
14x10 Tom
16x16 Floor Tom
18x16 Floor Tom
14x7 Snare

That is one hell of an awesome rock kit. Those shells must have an incredibly deep tone.
Really, really nice.

Very nice! There's no sound like those big, deep toms.

Hi Gruntersdad,

The finish is a wrap. It's a textured wrap actually, so it feels kind of bumpy.
I think Mapex discountined the textured wraps last year...
