![]() Probably came off during the jam session this evening, i didn't notice, I hope I dind't play a long time with the plastic against the head. Has this happened to anyone yet? You'd think they would use proper glue on supposedly high quality product like this.

That's no big deal man. Lots of guys open the beater up like that to install a trigger inside.
Spend a couple dollars on some crazy glue. It's nothing to get upset about, $15 replaces everything in the pic. http://www.music123.com/Tama-CB90-Pe...35243.Music123

lol you could buy a new beater for 15. glue it up. youll be alright
PS: thats honestly the first time ive ever heard of that or seen that on an icon cobra beater |

I have been using iron cobra pedals for a few years. I like them, but have never been crazy about the beater. I use DW beaters instead. You might want to pick another beater that you like better if you replace. Just a thought.

I've been using the same beater for about 18 mo. now and love it...not a single problem.
Some super glue will fix ya right up. |

I had a set of Iron Cobras and the same thing happened. Just super glued it back on. No problems since. (10 years ago) My kid used them until the felts wore down. Just replaced them this past Xmas. No biggy.
