Default What heads?

Hi fellow drummers
I have just bought a Premier Rock Legend kit.
The drums are maple. I have re skinned the kit with clear Emps batters and Ambs resos.
The bass drum is 26"x 162. My play classic 60s and 70s rock.
I am not sure which heads will suit a drum of this size.
I am of course after the deepest boom I can get. I play unmiked so I need to project.
Any suggestions or experiences?
Skunk.

An Evans EMAD works good for me on the batter side, to get that deep boom. I keep mine pretty tight, too, to get extra resonance. Alot of people really recommend the coated version although I have the clear.

That is one big bass drum. It must sound really deep.

I don't think the EMAD comes in a 26". An Evans EQ3 would give you a huge sound. They are really nice sounding and feel great.
