Cool kit. Your tom arrangement is different than most kits. I have not seen many kits with the smallest tom in the middle like yours. I like having my smallest tom to the left and progressing in size to the right but your kit looks really cool..

Funny thing is, a 12-pc kit was soo common in the 70's and 80's. Now it's an enigma, or maybe even something a drumming pariah might have.

It's gawked at like the 9th wonder of the world.

"People ACTUALLY played kits that big???"

Yes they did, all the time.

Even Steve Smith used to have a much bigger kit...

totally
btw, i just got rid of some cymbals i got 100% of my money back. someone was willing to pay me for them. the K MS hats, china high, sabian aa plosion crash. these are gone
i am gonan get rid of my K china boy and oriental next.

i just bought 6 new chinas( 16,18,19, 20 aax, 16, 20 aa). and a pair of HHX 13" groove hats

i picked up the 16"aax and the 19"aax plosion and 13"groove hats already. the 2 chinas are 2nd handed, but they are in brand new condition. i ended up with 200 bucks left!!! i still gotta pay for the remaining chinas when they come. hopefully i can get some good money back for my K and my oriental. these 2 cymbals were 2nd hand when i bought them, so i think i can get a decent amount back. i was lucky to get all my money back for those cymbals!!!

You know, I am usually not a fan of huge kits like that, but that is one of the first I have ever seen that I would want. I love it. And to top it off, you use Axis pedals! Awesome!

Ohhhhhh...It's just beautiful & the whole setup is just Titanical. I am just wondering ??? can you really hit all those Cymbals while sitting down on the drum seat or you have to stand up and hit them...seems rather far / high up if I'm sitting down..... but I love your Kit

i am 173cm tall, and i sit about 110 degrees. i can get around the kit no problem. i like things a little spread out and higher, it just allows me to swing my arm more. and thanks for liking my kit. my setup has changed now, i am always experimenting new ideas.

his kit inspired my setup, but i didn't base everything off from his kit, because i find part of his setup slightly uncomfortable for me.

i just got 4 new chinas btw, i am still waiting for the 20" aax to arrive.

i will order a 17" aa, 17" aax, 19" aa, 19" aax and a 24" aa some time within this year.

That's a lot of quality metal. May it never be said that you don't have china cymbal or sound options.

I'm not really a fan of big kits, BUT....

I would love to sit behind that thing for a few hours and just explore!

Normally kits like that posted on here are cheap drums and even cheaper cymbals. Good job with some nice wood and metal choices!

I've always been a huge fan of WHITE bass drum reso heads. They look superb even on dark kits like this one! Why why why why is it so hard to find white, ported and reinforced Yamaha logo heads?????

I would love to buy the new EMAD reso head in white too, but they don't make it.

i always liked big kits. i never knew my kit would end up this being this big hahahaha. i spent a lot of time trying and firguring what cymbals to get. i totally agree with you, white bass drum heads look amazing on any color. it makes the kit look more classy.

I'd sure hate to be replacing the heads on that thing!!!

I've probably posted on this thing before, who knows. Beautiful kit though. I'll get a setup like that someday, just for fun hehehe
