Default slide problem

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U93N5Uhu9EU

i always want to play like derico watson, but after 2 years of practice i still cant feel any improvement and my 1,knee and 2,butt and 3,Tibialis anterior muscle go fatique very soon, may be after 5 min of doing it. they all feel so tense.

i am really frustrated about this. in hong kong i can get no teacher with expertise on these.

i wish i could play like derico watson. fast, full motion, loud, accurate, controlled. how could i achieve this?

my knee pain starts after i swtich from burying beater to playing off the head. and when i am recording i always have buzz because the beater bounce back to the head.......so sad

hope someone could help me solve this problem. thank you very much!

Looks to me your beater is hitting the top of your foot when it recoils. I don't think you need to be at such a distance from the head. You are exerting extra energy to hit the head. Unecessary IMO. Adjust the beater angle so when it sits idle its closer to the head.
