Default Presonus Firebox Issues

Heyyalll!

I've got an issue with my firebox.

I'm running CuBase LE 4, and am trying to sync my firebox up with the program but cant figure out how to do it.

I've tried following the instructions, but I belive I've received instructions for a different version of Cubase LE, as the device manager looks different in the manual than it does on my computer screen.

If anyone can help me sync up the box to my computer, that would be much appreciated!

Thanks a lot!

Thomas

I am setting my presonus firebase studio up at the moment!

Did you get the dvd "Demystifying cubase" with it?

Have you set up fire control software yet?

Ok here goes:

You should have the input levels on front bouncing like they have an input.

For items like mp3/cd playback: channel 1/2. For stuff that needs a pre-amp---the rest of the channel.

Output: Firewire to pc. Main out to powered speakers or headphone out to headphones.
Without firewire, it won't synch.

Hate to say this, but you have a *LOT* of reading to do. You need to get with someone at a music store that sells them and get one on one training.
