Could anyone tell me a good type of stick bag that isnt too expensive? (below 35 dollars)

Mapex make a really good stick bag. It holds every thing easy plus it has three pockets and a shoulder strap. I think it cost about $25 AUD. I love it.

100% for Protection Racket standard stick bag. About $25 and has cool features such as detachable shoulder strap, clear pockets and an elastic cord so it hangs snugly onto your drum. Very good stuff.
