Default Alesis DM5

How are you guy's mounting your DM5 to your acoustic kits? I want to have it on the kit and not in a cabinet behind me. Surely they make a stand of some sort to attach it next to me.

Alesis makes a mounting bracket to mount the module on a rack (dm5 kit). Contact your music store to see if you can order that part seperately.

You can also get one of the standard brain mounts used on Yamaha or Roland kits and use sheet metal screws to mount into the bottom, just be sure you open it up and see what the screws will go into so you don't pierce sensitive equipment!!!
