MINNESOTA BEARING EDGE CUTTERS???

I've got my 22" Gretsch kick that need the front(non-batter) edge recut. Anyone around SE MN that knows how to do it?

you can do it yourself if you can find a router table to use. I saw an article about it in DRUM! magazine.
