Very nice kits I contacted TRUTH and met Geoff at NAMM 2008 I just could not get them to budge on thier price.I finally got my first custom set because I was offered a artist endorsement in 2007. Prior to that I played DW drums from 1993 to 2007 but had lots of other practice kits.Sounds like you had a great time I play in a Southern Gospel Ministry they have been together almost 40 years.Prior to that I played in several Christian rock/Ministeries for 20 yrs of my 44 yrs playing drums.

We had a gig at a pretty big church on friday and we had to set up our gear in their kids room which was pretty funny. I wish i would have gotten a picture of the PlaySkool kids drum i had mounted as my rack for a bit but oh well.

Forgive my dirty cymbals, they're normally much cleaner. This is the dirtiest they've ever been :(

I also got some pictures of my friend's DW. Not quite sure on his specs but I'll list what I remember:

My kit:
22x24 kick
10x8 rack
14x14 floor
16x14 floor
14x6.5 Pearl Reference snare (nearly 30 lbs of brass. I don't think a show goes by where someone doesn't pick it up and say something along the lines of 'HOLY CRAP' or 'Thats the heaviest snare i've ever seen')
All hardware is DW9000 series, minus the hi-hat stand
14" A Custom Mastersound hats
19" K Custom Hybrid Crash
21" A Sweet Ride (used as crash)
24" K Light Ride
Roland SPD-S

DW Kit:
22x18 kick
12x8 Rack
14x12 floor
all DW9000 hardware, minus the hi-hat stand
Some paiste crash,
some K crash
K dark ride
A Quick beat hats...

Enjoy and comment!

Who wants the truth? Posted from classifieds:

Well my yamaha is officially on its way. Should be here within 2-3 months apparently and I'm going to be looking for a buyer for my Truth set.

shown here: http://drummerworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=44468

I'm selling the shells only. The second floor tom is one that I made myself to match the kit and sounds just as good and isn't noticeably different unless it gets pointed out to you.

The kick is 22 diameter and 24 deep, rack is 10x8, floor is 14x14 and 16x14

I'm looking to sell this as soon as I get my yamaha in a couple months so i just thought i'd put a bug in some ears. Hoping to get in the $1800 vicinity.

Thanks fellers.

Love that DW finish and drum sizes, and the 24" K !
Brilliant setups.

Who doesn't like custom drum companies? Nice gear, man! That's a monster BD on the Truth drums.

What's w/ the missing swivel lug piece and tension rod on the Reference snare?
