Default Pic of my kit

Decided to take a picture of my kit on a band practice because I changed my setup a bit. Got a new crash and moved the splash! :)

That's the Joey Jordison Sig snare.

Move your toms together, lower your hi-hats and you've got yourself a decent little kit there.

I agree on moving my toms together, but lower my hihat? Why? That doesn't matter as much as the toms, I mean it's just a question of comfort, my friend.
Oh and I did have my toms closer together, but the more I drummed on them the more they moved away from each other. Lousy tomholders I guess. Er lka a svara r Aron minn :)
Also, they aren't as far away from each other as it looks. From that angle they seem spread.

he means lower the hats down so they are easier to play....when they are that high up, it is harder to maneuver around the kit..

Yeah it's a bad angle isn't it. It's a Pearl Forum FX725C. I guess I'll post more and better pictures later. This picture seems to be very misunderstood.

Jalli,

Nice looking setup. I'm sure you'll find plenty of ways to tweak the setup, gear, etc. Keep the pics coming!

To be fair i think the "pearl" logo on the kick should have been a bit of a giveaway as to what it actually was. It's pretty good stuff there mate.

You gotta love the filter china !

Take in what the lads are saying, place things so its comfortable sitting behind the kit (easy to reach, no puting your back out!) and you'll find your playing becomes a lot more fluent, naturaly.

KeepRockin!
