Instruction combo with DVD + play-along CD + book?

I found it makes so much sense to have instruction combo consists of (1) DVD + (2) play-along CD + (3) book. You can watch how the techniques are executed, reconcile them to the printed charts and try them yourself with background tracks.

By browsing the sticky thread above and various other threads, so far, I found the following using this format:

- Groove Essentials (Tommy Igoe)
- Hands, Grooves, & Fills (Pat Petrillo)
- The Art of Playing with Brush (Steve Smith)

I'm wondering if there are others people will recommend?
