That's a Beauty Dude! Simple, elegant and ready to register level 7 on the Richter scale! I also like the cymbal choices. The way that you set your cymbal hardware is cool as well. Also, you play Aquarian's. That automatically gives you points!

Beauty - I've had...well...a few DW kits now...all w/ that kick drum size - they sound incredible. I loved my 10" toms too. The F.A.S.T. sized 14" toms never did much for me though.

Very nice...love the blonde finish.

Do you play open-handed by any chance?

Incredilble kit, makes me wanna grab it and run away.

One of the best finishes you can get on your drums. Lookin' great. Some unusual choices in cymbal. Do you ride on that dark crash? Also, is that an aquarian "tru-bounce" pad, and if so, how do you like it? Sorry, I'm just full of questions. : )

Heck with that, I'd keep it exactly like it is. That thing is a beauty, I swear.

Thanks for the positive comments! Yes, I do play open-handed. That's why my ride is on the left side.

Thanks for the feedback! In answer to your questions, I don't ride on the crash, but if you're wondering why the ride is on the left and the crash is on the right, it's because I play open-handed.

And yes, that's an Aquarian tru-bounce practice pad. I love it. It has a great feel to it. I like it better than the HQ Real Feel pad, which provides a little too much bounce (at least for me). But as Aquarian says in their advertisements for this thing, it has just the right amount of response.

Natural maple finish....still, in my opinion, the best finish ever. Beautiful kit! Interesting sizes, too. Not what I would go for, but there's something really fun about playing small toms.

Will do. In fact, I'll throw up a few pics from different angles than are seen in this thread.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Hey love your kit! Are those tom heads Performance 2's? How are they on DWs? They caught my eye a few months ago and I'm overdue a head change.

Actually, they're Studio X. This is the first time I've bought Aquarian heads. Not sure the tuning is quite where I want it yet, but in general, I'm very pleased with the sound. Thanks for the feedback!

Sweet looking tubs.
I always say "This is the last kit." I have said that twice this summer already.

BEAUTIFUL kit. I love the finish & those heads really look nice on there. I have the Studio X heads on my Slingerlands. I am not in love with them, but I don't hate them either. Congrats on the new kit...

Lovely depths on those toms, 10x7 and 14x11 are what I'm gonna go for. I really like the finish, and the double boom stand with the mini china looks quality.

They'll ALWAYS be another kit i'll want and get at some point, BUT I think that's about one of the best looking sets i've seen in a while. With all the options DW and others offer, i've always enjoyed the natural and simple approach to drums finish. Well done, and congrats.
