Default Secondary hi-hat questions

I'm looking to use a second pair of hats on my rack kit; an open pair for rock applications. I wouldn't need a remote stand as I won't be opening or closing them. What kind of hardware would you recommend? The Pearl CLH-100 looks to be the solution but the description doesn't mention it being adjustable for spacing. I don't want completely closed hats....any ideas??

I currently use this Tama MXA63E. The lever allows you to have a loose setting and a tight setting.

I own and use one of these:

(Gibraltar SC-XHAT)

It's a great solution because it's cheap and can fit over an existing cymbal tilter post.

My guess is that EVERY closed hi-hat mounting system from the top brands has adjustable space between the hats. It's just the same standard clutch system for all of them, except for the X-Hats you have to do it manually and not by foot. I think the Pearl one is ok too, as well as the Tama or DW or Gibraltar or whatever.
Cheers.
