Default The Beast of Drum Kits...

This is my drum teachers set.

he has 42 cymbals in total...god knows how he afforded all those! and as you can see, lots of the kit is missing as the camera wouldnt fit it alll in! so its even bigger!

i coculnt beleive it when i saw it...as you can see from my face...it made me warm inside.

beautiful set of drums. the toms are so cutting and punchy.

its a custom built starclassic.

he has a hand written letter of thanks from tama themselves!

dont know hw much its all worth...any idea?

only the custom made octobans will cost more then most drumkits on the forum... That's huge man. Ask him the full specs and shoot him playing the set (on tape I mean) :-).

Your teacher likes chinas, 5 maybe 6 if I'm counting correctly. Man that's a monster set, in AUD that would be about 20grand easy.

That's a pretty sweet setup!
For the Drums, Cymbals and hardware, (and since I don't of the specs on the snares) I would place my guess at $6,000 - $10,000

Geez look at those octobans and cymbals!! Got to be a lot of fun to play. Just one question, though. Your set in the other thread is a right-handed setup but your teacher's is left-handed. How do you play at lessons?
