Default Some DVD's for foot technique

Can you recommend me some DVD'S or some exercises, tips or anythin for faster foot technique and better pedal control, and too separate my feet from my hands????

Thomas Lang's Creative Control...but be warned the exercises are pretty challenging

If you're talking about BD technique, I would highly recommend Matt Ritter's DVD on BD technique. Matt is a regular poster and you should find a lot of info if you search for Unburying the beater.

Hmm i saw this DVD in music shop last week. It sound good " advanced foot technique" i hope it's not too hard:(
