They arrived yesturday! Well..mostly...
I came back to my parents house last night to find my bass drum and rack tom had arrived. The floor was late, because they were shipped in separate boxes I guess. I'm at work now and apparently my mom just received it, but unfortunately i cant get any complete set up photos ATM.

There is a problem. UPS must have had a friendly game of volleyball with the bass drum, cause theres a cracked hoop. A claim is being filed, we'll see what happens. Anyway, heres a teaser!

What you have there is my 'dream-set', I am planning on buying a Reference in that exact finish in the next 10 years.

Great set, I've read awsome stuff about those Pearls. Have a great time playing them, post high quality pictures of it and record it for us ;-)!

Man that finish is sick!! I love it. Hopefully you can get something from that claim, because a new hoop might cost you a bit. Regardless, you've got a great kit here, and I just can't get over that finish.

Exactly like a 10" should sound. Its just perfect. Right now theres a coated ec1 on it, so its a really warm sound, realllllly nice. I want to put G2s on these babies, apparently references sound crazy amazing with them. So yea, in the short amount of time i got with the tom I loved it. I wanna get a super kick 1 for the bass, they wont match :( but i think i'm going to try to get good sound first, the finish makes them look beautiful enough.

I should have set up pics in the next couple of days.

My sister sent me a picture of the lower tom that arrived. It was taken in less light with a different camera, so its a little darker looking.
