Default Darren 'DH' Peligro

Hello, All.

Darren 'DH' Peligro played drums for the band Dead Kennedys. Talented drummer adapted to an outspoken band, he should be included in the Wishlist as well.

Default Re: Darren 'DH' Peligro / DK

Don't forget DK's first drummer, Ted (Bruce Slesinger). He played on their best album, Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables. Excellent punk drummer.

Not only should DK drummers be added, but I think Earl Hudson of the Bad Brains and Anthony "Bomer" Manzullo of RKL should be added to the wish list. If Travis Barker and Tre Cool are on the site, then Earl and Bomer and Ted/D.H. Peligro should easily be added: these drummers not only influenced Travis and Tre, but, I think, had stronger chops.

Influential punk drummers are often neglected. There are a host of amazing punk and hardcore drummers from the seminal era of punk, 1976-1986. It is sad that commercial punk drummers get more attention, but that's modern music marketing for you.

At least we have this wish list to give these drummers a voice.

Hi, fellow.

I fully agree.
Every drummer around the world deserves credit and recognition for it's job.
Do you remember MTV get off the air? Nevertheless, Plastic Surgery Disasters and Frankenchrist albums were excellent as well.

Thanks & Regards,
