I think DW makes a lefty double bass pedal.
I believe it's for thier 9000 but it might be for the 5000. (either way good pedal)

I too am a lefty drummer.
I was in the same situation a few months ago. I was torn between the tama iron cobras and the dw 5000s
I ended up getting the tamas. they felt smoother and lighter than the dws. the other thing that sold me was the case. the tama case lets you take apaft the pedals with changing the lenght on the transfer shaft thing. the dw case makes you slide the two peices of the shaft apart.
I looked through all of the better lefty pedal and found that those were the two best. I highly recommend the tamas. they are infinitely adjustable and overall great pedals.

plus the tamas are $340 and the dws are $370.
