the second link is not a tama pedal
if you meant this http://www.samash.com/catalog/showitem.asp?ItemID=11526 then i would go for this rather than old and used pearl which by the way doesnt look like an eliminator. |

For what it's worth, the older Pearl pedal looks a lot like the one Ari Hoenig used at Blues Alley in Washington, DC last month during a performance with "Punk Bop".

That's an old P-100, not a 2000. I used to have one, good pedal. The feeling is a bit lighter than the Iron Cobra Jr; but they're both actually pretty good pedals. I owned a P-100 for a long time and it was really excellent.

Actually, I ended up not getting the Tama pedal and went with a Pearl P1000. I found a local store that had them both and found the P1000 felt much better. I am happy I changed at the last minute, plus I got a good deal on a NEW Pearl. I liked the belt much better than the Tama chain.
Thanks for all the help! |

yeah i know what you 're talking about. last summer i was crazy about iron cobra or eliminator double pedal... so i had to test them both as i did and i choose pearl. as much as i think tama makes better drums than pearl the same i think pearl makes better pedals..
