Default Help with Aura Bass Shaker

Does anyone know how you set these things up to the bottom of your drum throne or chair? What do you have to run it through to get the bass drums to activate it, and do I need 2 if I have 2 bass drums.
Thanks,
Mystic

You need a signal to the Aura, a trigger, or mic from kick drum, these need to be amplified, so you'll need a power amp.

For the power amp to work well with a mic or trigger, their singnals need to be amplified befor they get to the amplifier, so you'll need a 'pre-amp' (mixer). Plus all the cords to make it work and something to carry it all in.

You do not need a license or insurance to operate the system though, so you save some money there.

I think I'm just going to need someone to set it up for me and I'll have to pay them, cause I'm not too familiar with all of the equipment like power amps and mixers and such, or what cables to use.

It is highly unlikely that you would need two bass shakers for two bass drums. What I've understood is, that the Aura bass shaker acts somewhat like a speaker.

So what you'll need is mics for the bassdrums which are fed to a mixer and then to a power amplifier. Anyone who knows how to use a PA system knows how to setup that for you, it takes less than 1 minute of their time.
