info on this kit? premier royale.
i recently started researching this old premier kit i have, its a premier royale kit, in a nice vintage red wrap. i htink its from somewhere between 1981-1985.the code on the bassdrum says 06246 could anyone help me out with some more info? wood? how much its worth now? the year it was really made? here are some pics. (ignore the cymbals, pics are a few years old)

looks nice, i just wouldn't know how it sounded. i've only played on one premier kit in my entire life. and that was a keith moon kit. so yah.

it sounds great, compared to my mapex.
its alot deeper than my basswood kit, so is there a chance it could be birch? or oak even?
