If you're breaking cymbals like that, you're doing something wrong. No ifs, no buts.

oh ahaha i knew i was forgetting something. well here they are

and i don't plan on breaking these. they're tilted, and i'm playing lighter. so i think they should last a while. and they're down lower. -alex

Sweet set, I almost got the same set, but went with the catalina maple. I also have the pork pie snare on one of my sets, How do you like it? I also have a 20" zildjiam med thin crash for 20 years now, is my favorite cymbal. very nice looking setup.

Nice kit, that kick drum must sound thunderous. Good idea on going easy on your cymbals, they don't grow on trees... ;)

I don't wanna be rude, but did you consider that you breaking cymbals might by due to the fact that you hang them very flat? Hitting the edge over and over again can't do them good. But you say you lowered them, so that should be better.

Love, love, love the wrap and the black hardware. Also really dig the clear acrylic porkie w/ matching black hardware! I'm super curious as to how it sounds, especially w/ the clear batter. I can only imagine it has a nice poppy crack to it! Also dig the zil bell. For some reason I'm in love with auxillary bells, especially in smaller sizes. Not a big fan of the hats being so high, but seeing as though Mr. Barker is probably one of your biggest influences, it makes perfect sense!

Really nice setup, buddy!
