Default The New Little Hommie

So I got inspired to finally go through with making a mini bass drum and I got a bass drum cymbal mount to minimize hardware, but without further ado here is my mini kit.

And finally the big kit with my new hardware, which looks miniscule in comparison to modern hardware but is actually sturdy as hell and is saving my back from hauling a 100 pound hardware bag around.

That looks great. What are the sizes of both kits? Is your new bass drum a 16" floor tom from the other kit with new hoops? Did you have to lift the lugs with spacers to get the t-rods to clear the wood hoops?

The little bass is a former 16x16 floor tom, that I dont use much cause I like the 14x14 floor. I didnt have to use spacers to clear the hoops since the old Ludwigs have giant lugs.

Sizes
Small:
16x16
14x5 '75 Buddy Rich Slingerland snare

Big:
22x14
14x14
12x8
14x5

Bosphorus Cymbals:
15" Antique hats
20" Trad ride
24" NO ride

Nice looking little sets. I don't think I've ever seen anyone put wood hoops on a floor tom in a bass drum conversion and it really pimps it up.
