Default help needed with this fill

Can't quite figure it out..my ears playing tricks on me

It comes up at 1:08 and then 1:20 and so on.

Here's what it sounds like to me:

The song sounds as if it's written with a repeating pattern of a measure of 4/4 followed by a measure of 6/4, or maybe it's 10/4... In any case, you can count it "1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6"

At 1:08, it sounds like he's basically filling with 16ths on "4e&a5e&a6e&a"

It's probably the placement of the accents on the snare that's playing tricks on your hearing...

Anyone else??

Yep. 10/4 all the way. It's just a repeating riff, you see.
