Default Zildjian K Custom's

Hey all,

Played on a borrowed Zildjian K Custom 17" Crash last weekend and loved the sound of it. But my problem is they dont make it any more along with the drummer who owns the cymbal wont sell it.
Looking on the web, Zildjian now make a 17" K Custom fast crash and a 17" K Custom dark crash. Think i personally prefer the dark version due to the sound being darker, less pingy (make sense?)
Just wondering what other thought of the two options?

Thanks,

If you get the chance try an 18" K medium thin Dark Crash.... I absolutely love that cymbal, and you can ride it too.

Ok, thanks.

Would the 17" and the 18" match together?
Currently use paiste 14" Dimension hi-hats

Another questions.
Whats the different in sound between the K Custom, an Zildjian Armand 16" crash, Zildjian K 16" Constantinople Crash or a Zildjian K 16" Dark Crash Medium Thin?
