Help need new kit

I am in the market for a new kit. I play mostly country a little classic rock. I play a pearl export want to up grade to 100% maple or birch. I play all live shows, small clubs and outdoor parties. What would be a good kit? Maple or birch. I have been looking at Mapex. Please help. Thanks.

maybe try mapex m birch there really nice drums
