Default Danmar 205 red wood beaters

Hi i recently received 2 danmar red wood beaters for my axis pedal, inside each of the bags the beaters came in i got like a sticker , is this meant to be use as a protection patch on the bass drum?

Many thanks
Ryan

NOOOOO if it's a shiny blue sticker, it's just that, a sticker. It's NOT kevlar like a remo falam patch, those beaters will destroy that sticker and your head unless you put a real bass drum patch on them. I got one too, but I put my sticker on my band room wall.
