Default Choosing Snare Head

Hey guys,
I have a Gretsch Catalina Maple Fusion size 6-piece kit and I am getting new heads. I have already chosen Evans EC2's for the toms and probably a G2 for the kick, but I'm really undecided on the snare. I play mostly everything except for metal, mostly jazz and soft to normal rock. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions. Thanks a lot.

Cant go wrong with Remo Ambassadors. Great for all styles of music.

I one time had a coated ambassador on my snare, didn't like it too much, really ringy and hard to tune, though it was probably my old snare drum, which was absolutley terrible.

Sticking with the Evans theme, I use Genera HD dry. Very sensitive and a nice crack when necessary. Coated works for brushes also.
