Default Zildjian Anti-Vibe sticks

Hey guys, I just ordered some Z Anti-Vibe sticks and would like to hear your thoughts about them, I also got some Z cymbal mallets and would like to hear what you have to say about them, another thing if anyone viewing this has experienced is a clear PS 3 snare head or just a clear head in general on their snare drum, cuse I just ordered one to see how it would turn out, cause all I hear about are coated snare heads, but maybe there is a reason ppl stick to coated, but I will find out soon.

I tried the anti-vibe stick in a music store on a practice pad for a while, but in the end decided just to stick to the regular stick. It felt almost the same as the regular stick, just didn't feel as....hollow/woody as sticks sometimes feel(to me). Might try them again when the time comes to buy more sicks, I really didn't give them too much time or thought.

Hope this helps at all,
cavica

Hmm, so it basically just feels heavier than a normal stick. Interesting....

I didn't care for the Zildj Anti-vibes, either- just didn't feel good to me at all.
Used them on acoustics and electrics- now they're on the shelf somewhere I guess.

Much happier with my Hornets.

Hope you like yours though; you never know- it really comes down to personal preference.
Never hurts to ask around before you order though

I had a pair for a while and they worked best on my Roland TD6 kit with the rubber pads. Then for some reason they broke...er rather split. This was the second pair of Zildjians I had...terrible sticks I think

Well I just got them, and I don't feel a difference in them compared to normal sticks, so they are basically just a pair of sticks to me, as for the clear snare head, i love it, and all of my toms sound great, with the ps 3's on em, but the drop clutch is a little odd to get used to.
