Default My Kit...

Hey, i've been lurking around here for a while, so i thought i'd take a few pics of my kit which will be going in a few days...

Its a Pearl Export i got 2nd hand about 4 years ago to learn on, i'm now updating to the new PDP 805.

Theres also a 10x2 Sonor jungle snare on there.

Cymbals on it are;

13" Sabian AAX stage hats.
20" Sabian AAX stage ride.
16" Zildjian K medium thin dark crash.
18" Zildjian A custom projection crash.
10" Zildjian K Splash.

Hardware is pearl with 2 premier booms.

Cheers for lookin'

cheers for the comments..

the jungle snare is really nice with the coated ambassador on top..it was a lot weaker with the stock head on, i only got it recently..the only problem ive found is that the jingle bell things on it arent heard that much, im guessing that i havent really learned how to use it properly yet.

and yeah ill be posting some of the pdp when it eventually comes..im getting the 20" bass, 12" rack, with 14 and 16" floors in all white. it looks pretty sweet, and the birch shells are certainly a step up from the export poplar.

Very nice setup and I particularly like the AUX snare if I can call it that.

as an aside.........my daughter's cat is Beany (she calls her Beany-kins too) lol

I'm looking into getting one of those snare drums!!

yeah thats exactly what it is...

its a 10x2 mini snare with jingles round the outside.

you get a nice pop out of it.

KONA, the cat story is ace! my surname is Bean, so mates have called me beany since i was small...

and i would recommend the jungle snare...but as i said..the jingle things are ever so quiet.

I recently added a Pearl tambourine mounted on a quick release stand that came with it. I also get a nice pop/snarish sound with it. SEE IT HERE:
