that thing is cool as hell but a tiny bit expensive i assume it sounds like an evil gong or something

it says sound files coming soon. i hope they do. looks crazy cool. probably sounds like a more china-y gong since it's got all those ripples in it

I would say for the price it better sound very good. Not some strange clanky sound, but a true resonant sound that carries. Thats what I would want anyway.

It better sound good for the price. If i hadnt seen the price i would think it would sound like garbage.

16x11?! Sorry, but if I'm gonna own a skull gong it's gotta be AT LEAST 30x25. Plus the Genesis Child (that's the name I would give it) must be capable of withstanding nightly immolation, so as to purify it from the sins of mere mortals.

Indeed it sounds great, mysterious and exotic. But I don't see myself using this gong(or any other gong ) in my drumkit .
