Default felts or rubber?

which one is the best. or any experiences with either one?

I have both. I use a rubber spacer under my 22 inch ride because I don't want it rocking back and forth too much but don't want to crank it down using the wingnut. On the other hand I want my crashes to move as much as possible so I use the felt under these.

Generally I would tend to use felts. But rubber can be useful too for certain feels.

I use both, and the rubber is cool in that the cymbals don't really 'spin' on the stand.
I use the rubber under, and regular felt on the top. I like the feel of it that way.

I like felts on the hats though, the rubber doesn't seem to sit too well for me.
It feels fine with the rubber, but it makes the hats sit at an agle too much.
