Default My drumkit

Hi!

Well, like the title says, I'm going to show my drumkit...

The toms and bass drum are of a mark of argentina (because I'm from there) called Colombo and the snare is a Black Panther Tattoo Snare. The cymbals are Orion, Paiste and Stagg. The Orion cymbals are one Crash (the one of the snare side), the ride and the china. The ctash and the ride are twister and the china is Master. The Paiste cymbal is the other crash (that is a little damaged), it's a Paiste 101 cymbal and the Stagg cymbal is the splash (that it sounds better that the Paiste :P). The Stagg symbal is a Stagg Furia.
The drumheads are all Remo Pinstripe (The one of the snare too, maybe you will think that is strange use a Pinstripe in a Snare instead of a coated one, but it sounds very well).
The drumstick that I use are ProMark Millenium II 5B.

Well, what do you think?

I like the gold wrap! It gives the drums that kind of classic/vintage look.

A few questions though: What are the specs of those drums? What kind of wood are they made from? Oh, and.. any more pictures?

specs? sorry, my english is not too good... talking about the wood, err I still don't know because the drums where from a friend of my father, and when he died they brought the drums to my house, so I will never know what kind of wood is.

Yes, I have more pics, now I will put 2 of the drumkit and 1 of the snare. Hope you like it.

First, Welcome on DW forum

Nice set, do you like your Orion cymbals, I tried and found they were too bright for me ( I think all series are made of B8 alloy).

I will also ask you to post more pics and above all, a driver pics or bird view is what we are looking for...

You're right about the snare head, I would expect a coated head. But if it works for you, then use it. Like the finish on that snare, too. Somehow it works well with the gold.

By specs I meant the sizes of the drums. I'm guessing yours is a 22" bass drum, 13" tom, 16" floor tom?

Well, yeah I forget to put the sizes and the trademark of the Hit-Hat hehe... well, I will do it quickly:
Drums:
- Black Panther Snare Tattoo 14X5.5''
- Colombo Tom 13''
- Colombo Floor Tom 16''
- Colombo Bass Drum 22'' or 20'', I don't remember...

Cymbals:
- Paiste 404 Swiss Made Cymbal (Hit-Hat) 14''
- Orion Twister Cymbal (Crash) 16''
- Stagg Furia Cymbal (Splash) 8''
- Orion Twister Cymbal (Ride) 20''
- Orion Solo Pro Master Cymbal (China) 18''

Yes, you were right in the sizes of the bass drum, the tom and the floor tom hehe...
PD: I will put some pics later, but I need first to take it...
