I would say a punchy kick (put an eq patch) and low tuned punchy toms? That's what I would do

Punchy low bass & toms sounds good, and a high-pitched snare drum. Also, bright cymbals will do the trick.

I would tune the front bass head so that it is just tight enough to not wrinkle or allow the claws to rattle. Then tune the bass batter head tight enough to gine you the rebound you want from your pedal. On the toms, I would tune the resonant heads a little higher than the batter heads. Adjusting the batter heads adjusts the sound of your drum's attack, adjusting the resonant head adjusts the tone. If yu tune to high, the drums sound weak, but too low and their tone gets lost in the driving bass of the music. Use a metal snare if yu have one, crank it up fairly high, and don't use a whole lot of muffling so that the tone from the metal shell really sings out.
