Get new heads for your tom-toms, both batters and resos.

Yes, heads for the toms first, then the snare head and the kickdrums. After that the pedals (if you don't like the ones you have now) and then the hi-hat, ride and last the crashes. That's how I would do it (except I've added a lot of stuff to my kit in stead of upgrading what I have)

Buy a real throne. One you can live with for a long time. When you are 40, your body will love you.

ahh for all toms and I am using this office chair with a back on it and it treats me pretty well but I would like a real throne some day but I don't think it would contribute as much as some of the other stuff I want. Another ? I only have enough money for 3 of my 4 toms for batter heads atm but the ? is should I buy all of the bigger tom heads first and when I get the money in the near future get the smaller tom head, or vice versa, or just wait til I can afford all of them?

Wait, take your time. If you replace either your bigger toms or your smaller toms first chances are your new heads will be a little worn by the time you get new heads for the other toms. That causes a difference in sound characteristics... I have experienced this once.
How do you like your cymbals sounds?

I like my z customs but my paistes after playing my Z's seem quiet and a little dull and I also was planning on getting a china once I had the money but I would like to replace my paiste's with z's also, would u suggest getting the china? because replacing a non damaged cymbal almost seems wasteful to me but I know a buyer that I can get almost what i payed for from him for my paistes.
