Roland TD-3+

Tomorrow I'm buying a Roland TD-3 Module with two cymbal pads, upgraded to four mesh drum pads, Hi hat pad and controller, the kick pad, and stand. This is all for $1320 after tax.

I’ve played on the mesh pads and was very impressed, as well as the quality of the sounds.

I was wondering if you have had any luck or dilemmas with the TD-3 Module, and or any advise you might have.

Is that price for a new td3? Is it American money?

I had the TD-3, still own it but I upgraded to the TD-6. Why? It has great sounds, but not enough for me. You're going to out grow it some day, unless you use midi. There shouldn't be any dilemmas with the TD-3, it is a great module. For the TD-3, don't forget to use ambience on your kit.
